Delivery Policy
PDFs are sent by email, and should arrive in minutes. Click on your order
link to download your PDFs. Most orders include PDFs. If an order does not arrive within the limits, please contact us
UK shipments
These are sent by Royal Mail and take an average of 7 days, but
allow 14 days for delivery.
US Shipments
These are sent by USPS Priority Mail, and take an average of 7
days, but allow 14 days for delivery.
International orders
These are sent by airmail and take an average of 14 days, but allow 28
days.
Refund, Replacement and Cancellation Terms
- We don't refund orders once delivered, unless they are in error.
- Physical orders can be cancelled and refunded before they are shipped,
but if the book includes a download element, there will be a 25% cancellation charge.
- Damaged books will be replaced free of charge, or you can have a
refund.
- Books and PDFs are not generally subject to export or import restrictions.
